Eric brings 35+ years of global hospitality experience, including management, stratigical and operational positions at Radisson Hotel Group and Accor.

As Executive Advisor, Hospitality, he oversees resort operations, operator selection, and hotel agreements to ensure performance and investor alignment.

With more than 13 years of experience with C-suite executives and public sector entities in Russia, Armenia, and the UAE, Mariam has driven strategic investments and growth opportunities across diverse markets. Director of Investment Operations, she supports due diligence, financial modeling, and deal execution with out institutional department.

Nikita is the fund’s in-house legal advisor, working with the compliance team and external counsel to ensure all documentation and regulations align with the fund’s structure. 
Nikita has over 12 years of corporate law experience, advising on transactions, contracts, and restructurings.

INVESTMENT DIRECTOR

Jamie Duncan focuses on capital structuring, fundraising, and transaction execution across the firm’s real estate strategies. He previously served as a Vice President at BlackRock, working across approximately $7.5bn in AUM and supporting the placement of approximately $8bn in capital.

INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE

Vansh Gupta focuses on capital formation and investor relations across the firm’s real estate strategies. He evaluates investment opportunities, manages documentation and financial modeling, and supports fundraising and strategic capital development with institutional and private investors.
