  • More than 7,5% yearly yield or 2-3X on equity.

  • Our team performs and analysis based on STR data, operator guarantees, fixed exits, and an ROI model.

  • Madrid, Warsaw, Prague, Budapest, London, Vienna, Rome, the Balkans and more.

  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Marrakech. Maldives, Mauritius, the Balkans, and other island jurisdictions.

Investment Focus
Our venture projects focus on investments in technology and technology-enabled businesses that are complementary to the hospitality sector. Priority areas include artificial intelligence, advanced technologies, and data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and scalable growth within hospitality and related industries.

Investment Criteria
We target Growth and Pre-IPO opportunities with a proven business model and strong financial performance. Our minimum investment size is €5 million per transaction, and we invest in companies with a minimum EBITDA of €5 million, demonstrating clear scalability, market traction, and a path to sustained value creation.
