We prefer to invest in hospitality but do also engage in luxury real estate and trophy assets. The main elements for an allocation like this is a clear exit strategy, high yield or a guaranteed rent or GOP from the operator.

BGF Hospitality Portfolio
A distressed acquisition of 105 apartments with the superstructure already completed. The project will be redeveloped into an 86-apartment branded and fully furnished residence operated and serviced by Anantara.

Mahō Residence will be a unique resort in Montenegro, where mountains meet the sea, and every residence has panoramic view. The project is located at an attractive location on the Budva Riviera along the spectacular coast.

The project is a 153 acres development in Mauritius under a Smart City Scheme, which includs 5-star hotel, branded villas, golden years living, apartments and commercial facilities. BGF will participate in the Phase 1 which includes: 165 keys hotel (including 10 beach hotel villas, 2 large presidential suites) and 40 branded villas.
